BOSQAR INVEST is a European investment group that employs almost 18,000 employees, operates in 23 countries and cooperates with more than 2,500 clients.
In the last ten years, BOSQAR INVEST has built four leading, internationally competitive groups in Southeast Europe: Mlinar, Panvita, Mplus, and Workplace.
The Group is among the leading companies of the region in the industries of food, business process and technology outsourcing, and human resources. In simpler terms, BOSQAR INVEST invests in industries that meet the constant needs of consumers, those with permanent demand and structural growth potential.
The strategy of BOSQAR INVEST is based on a combination of organic growth and active acquisition and merger of companies (the “buy-and-build” approach). This means that the Group grows by developing existing businesses, but also by taking over new companies in order to expand its platforms faster and strengthen its market position.
In the last ten years, the Group's revenues have grown more than 150 times, while the company's market value has increased almost ten times since its listing on the stock exchange in 2019, which confirms the success of the growth strategy and the continued trust of investors.
Since 2016 BOSQAR INVEST has built a strong portfolio of companies and several leading groups in Central and Southeast Europe. Its business operations are based on connecting knowledge and experience within the Group, with an emphasis on effective management, professional standards, and work transparency. The Group is also characterized by a relatively low level of debt, which contributes to financial stability and long-term business sustainability.
