Southeast European food industry leader in the making

BOSQAR INVEST's Food vertical aims to become a leading player in the Southeast European food industry by leveraging strategic acquisitions and consolidating the sector within the region. The vertical was launched in 2024, following BOSQAR's investment in Panvita Group, one of the largest Slovenian agricultural and food market players. In July 2025, BOSQAR INVEST successfully concluded the acquisition of Mlinar Group, a leading player in the Southeast European food industry, marking a new phase in the development of BOSQAR's Future Food vertical.
