2016

First acquisition, of Zagreb-based Meritus Plus, and establishment of the group, with consolidated revenue of EUR 4.6M.

2019

An Initial Public Offering (IPO) was completed with a market cap of EUR 30M, with strategic investments from AZ OMF AB category, Erste Plavi OMF B category, NEK Fund, PBZ Croatia AB category, and Raiffeisen Voluntary Pension Fund.

2020

A strategic partnership was formed with MidEuropa Partners, which invested in the BPTO vertical, Mplus.

2022

The first corporate sustainability-linked bond in Croatia was issued, raising EUR 40M and establishing a partnership with EBRD and Erste as cornerstone investors. Workplace, the HR vertical, was launched the same year.

2023

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) announced an investment of EUR 60M in the BPTO vertical. The consolidated revenues surpassed EUR 300M and EBDTA 40M. The market cap doubled to over EUR 220M.

2024

An equity offering was successfully completed, raising EUR 49,1M. The market cap reached EUR 294M. The acquisition of a 51% stake in Panvita Group, a leading regional food group, was finalized. BOSQAR INVEST's new vertical - Future Food - was launched. BOSQAR and partners announced a EUR 100M investment in Mlinar Group, aimed at strengthening BOSQAR's Future Food vertical.

2025

BOSQAR INVEST and MidEuropa announced a strategic alliance to foster regional development. BOSQAR raised EUR 143.2 million through a dual tranche bond issuance, the largest corporate SLB issuance in Croatia to date. Mplus launched GRAIA, a proprietary AI platform and brand. The EUR 100M investment of BOSQAR INVEST and partners in a 67% indirect stake in Mlinar Group was concluded. A strategic investment by the EBRD, BOSQAR, and MidEuropa in Mlinar has been signed, totaling up to EUR 80 million, with the EBRD investing up to EUR 50 million.

2026

A strategic investment by the EBRD, BOSQAR, and MidEuropa in Mlinar has been concluded, totaling up to EUR 80 million, with the EBRD investing up to EUR 50 million. BOSQAR INVEST and Fortenova group have signed a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of a 100% stake in PIK Vrbovec.
