Darko Horvat has over a decade of leadership experience in audit, consulting, and tax advisory, with a strong focus on risk management, financial planning, strategic development, and digital business transformation.
During his tenure at Deloitte, both in Croatia and in the United States, he led high-profile projects for key clients. He distinguished himself particularly in the areas of risk assessment, business process optimization, and the development of software solutions for financial services.
Since joining the BOSQAR INVEST group, Horvat has held several key roles, including serving as a Management Board Member of BOSQAR d.d. and M Plus Croatia d.o.o. He made a strong contribution to initiatives aimed at increasing the value of the group's portfolio companies. He played a central role in complex restructuring processes as well as in mergers and acquisitions, and contributed significantly to the integration of newly acquired businesses into the group's management model.
As President of the Management Board at BOSQAR d.d., he is responsible for defining and implementing the holding's strategic vision, with an emphasis on sustainable growth, geographic and sectoral expansion, and consolidation within the group's key business verticals. Under his leadership, the group has achieved significant international expansion, particularly in the business services, advanced technologies, HR, and food sectors, including entry into Western European markets.
Horvat places particular emphasis on the development of governance structures, the strengthening of corporate governance mechanisms, and the continuous improvement of operational and financial models. He is actively involved in establishing and developing new verticals within the group, including technology and AI initiatives.
He holds an MBA from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb and has pursued further executive education at Harvard Business School, where he deepened his expertise in global business practices, leadership, and strategic management.

Tomislav Glavaš has extensive experience in macroeconomics, project management, and business development. He began his career at Deloitte, where he quickly advanced to positions leading complex projects in the banking and manufacturing sectors. He later joined Hrvatski Telekom, working in corporate reporting, strategic planning, and project management for the entire HT Group.
Since 2017, when he joined the BOSQAR INVEST group, Glavaš has held a range of prominent roles, including Director of Group Controlling and Chief Operating Officer. He has made significant contributions to enhancing operational efficiency, developing internal start-ups, and numerous growth initiatives. Additionally, he has played a central role in various restructuring, merger, and acquisition processes, as well as in expanding the group into new markets and industries, including geographic and vertical business expansion and consolidation within business verticals.
As CEO of the Mplus vertical within the BOSQAR INVEST group, he led the establishment of the technology division and AI companies, the development of Mplus’s operating model, and the definition of the group’s commercial sales and marketing strategies. During his tenure, particular focus was placed on expanding operations into Western European markets and strategically positioning Mplus.
He holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb and has furthered his education at Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, focusing on geopolitics.

Vanja Vlak is a seasoned financial executive with deep expertise in auditing, transaction advisory, and corporate finance. He brings over two decades of experience in senior leadership roles across professional services, private equity, and corporate environments.
Before joining BOSQAR INVEST, Vanja spent 18 years at Deloitte, where he rose to the position of Partner. During his tenure, he focused on Audit and Assurance for some of Croatia's most prominent financial institutions and corporations, including Zagrebačka banka, OTP Banka, HPB, M San Group, and Žito Group. He also specialised in Financial Advisory Services, with a focus on transaction support and deal structuring.
Following Deloitte, he served as an advisor at BDO Croatia, where he was responsible for business development and improving the quality of Audit and Assurance services. At Prosperus Invest, as an Investment Director, he played a key role in several successful acquisitions for the Prosperus Growth Fund and held board positions in multiple Croatian IT companies.
Today, Vanja serves as a Member of the Management Board of BOSQAR d.d. and as Chief Financial Officer of BOSQAR INVEST. He also holds directorships across multiple companies within the BOSQAR INVEST group, including board membership of Mplus Group (BPTO vertical), where he acts as Group CFO, and directorship of Workplace Group (HR vertical).

Alma Mekić Ćerdić is an accomplished banking executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic development. Her career began in 2000 at Banque Nationale de Paris – Dresdner Bank.
In 2002, she joined the Erste Group, where she held a series of senior leadership roles across the region. In 2010, she was appointed Board Member of Erste Bank Crna Gora responsible for Corporate, Treasury, and Marketing and was actively involved in cross-border financing projects throughout the region.
From 2012, she led Erste Factoring d.o.o. as President of the Management Board for eight years, overseeing complex financial structuring, acquisition financing, and corporate transformations. She also led the successful integration of Erste Factoring into the Bank, aligning it strategically and operationally within the broader corporate banking structure.
Before joining BOSQAR INVEST, Alma headed the Large Corporates Division at Erste & Steiermärkische Bank in Croatia, managing relationships with the public sector, large corporates, the real estate sector, and project finance.
Since September 2025, she has been serving as Member of the Management Board of BOSQAR d.d., where she is responsible for financing and corporate development. In this role, she oversees all aspects of financing, capital markets, investor relations, and treasury across the Group and its subsidiaries, contributing to the company’s growth and strategic positioning.

Luka Orešković is a business leader and academic, currently serving as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Mplus, Member of the Advisory Board at Workplace, and Partner at Prosperus Invest, a leading private equity firm in the Adria region.
Mr. Orešković began his academic career early, lecturing at Harvard University’s Center for European Studies at the age of 23. Philipp Rösler’s career spans medicine, politics, and international business. A former Vice Chancellor of Germany under Chancellor Angela Merkel, Mr. Rösler has a diverse background that began with a PhD in Cardiac Surgery before he transitioned into politics, where he held numerous high-ranking positions in both state and federal government.
His expertise in international relations and strategic management led him to establish Consessor AG, a consultancy focused on cross-border investments and market development, particularly between Asia and Europe. In addition to his role at BOSQAR d.d., Mr. Rösler served on the boards of several prominent organizations, including Volkswagen Group and Siemens Healthineers.
His work as Honorary Consul of Vietnam in Switzerland underscores his commitment to fostering global business ties. A mentor and strategic advisor, Mr. Rösler is renowned for guiding companies through growth and internationalization phases, emphasizing sustainable development and market expansion.

With over 15 years of experience in legal and regulatory matters, Tamara Sardelić is a seasoned expert in commercial law, corporate governance, and capital markets. She has been instrumental in major project financings, credit refinancing, and M&A, leveraging her deep understanding of both Croatian and European Union legal frameworks.
She has experience in infrastructure projects, public procurement, and the provision of public services, which included advising governments and foreign states. Ms. Sardelić's career includes high-profile roles such as Chief Legal Expert for projects commissioned or financed by the World Bank and Croatian Waters, where she advised on complex regulatory and compliance issues.
Before establishing her own private practice, Ms. Sardelić served as Director of Corporate Legal Affairs at the EPH Group and practiced law at the Marković & Plišo firm. From 2013 to 2020, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Slavonian Closed Alternative Investment Fund (SZAIF).
As a legal expert, she has been actively involved in legislative processes, particularly in harmonizing Croatian regulations with EU directives. Ms. Sardelić holds a law degree from the University of Zagreb, where she also passed the bar exam in 2006.

Gordan Kolak, MSc, is an expert in strategic management and the restructuring of complex business systems, with extensive experience in industry, the ICT sector, and national security. Since 2020, he has served as President of the Management Board at KONČAR Group, where he led the company’s restructuring with a focus on renewable energy and digital solutions. He also holds leading positions on the supervisory boards of several KONČAR Group companies and serves as a member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Studenac Group S.A. in Luxembourg. In parallel, he manages his own consulting firm specializing in ICT strategy, implementation, oversight, and business governance.
Earlier in his career, he held top executive roles at DOK-ING, King ICT, Megatrend, and Dalekovod Proizvodnja. He earned his degree from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Rijeka and a master’s degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture at the University of Zagreb, followed by further training at prominent civilian and military institutions across Europe and the United States.
Mr. Kolak is a veteran of the Croatian War of Independence and participated in the UN peacekeeping mission in Sierra Leone. For five years (2015 – 2020) he served as Secretary of the Homeland Security Council to the President of the Republic of Croatia. He has also been President of the Croatian Association of Business Consultants and a lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. He holds several distinguished international certifications, including Certified Management Consultant, European Excellence Assessor (EFQM), and Balanced Scorecard Collaborative Certified Professional.

As CEO of Brainloop and Managing Partner at Spitzberg Partners, Dr. Gartzke oversees strategic IT security initiatives and supports companies in their expansion efforts across Germany, Europe, North America, and Asia. His prior experience includes directing the Washington office of the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation, where he managed relations between Germany’s CSU party and North American political institutions.
Dr. Gartzke's academic credentials include a PhD from the London School of Economics and extensive studies in political science and international relations at Georgetown University and Sciences Po Paris. He is also an adjunct fellow at the Hudson Institute and a faculty member at Georgetown University’s BMW Center for German and European Studies.
Dr. Gartzke splits his time between New York City and Washington, DC, balancing his professional responsibilities with a commitment to academic and strategic advisory roles.
