Zagreb, Croatia, February 4th, 2026 – BOSQAR INVEST (BOSQAR d.d. - ZSE: BSQR) announces two leadership appointments that enhance the group’s leadership capabilities amid a period of accelerated growth, active capital markets engagement, and portfolio transformation.

Petra Vučinić Appointed CFO of Mplus Group

As part of the continued development of BOSQAR INVEST’s BPTO vertical, Petra Vučinić has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Mplus group.

Bringing over 15 years of experience in international banking and Big Four advisory, Petra most recently served as Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Throughout her career, she has led the structuring and execution of debt and equity investments totaling approximately EUR 200 million, managed complex cross-border transactions, and delivered strategic expertise at the intersection of growth, risk management, and corporate governance.

Her expertise spans capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, and ESG-driven initiatives.

In her new role, Petra will be instrumental in further strengthening financial discipline and supporting the continued scaling of BOSQAR INVEST’s investment activities.

Robin-Ivan Capar Appointed Group Director for Strategic and Corporate Communications

Robin-Ivan Capar, who previously held the positions of Advisor to the Board for Strategic Communication and Head of Communications at BOSQAR INVEST, has been promoted to Group Director for Strategic and Corporate Communications.

Robin’s appointment underscores both continuity and internal talent development within the group.

Since joining BOSQAR INVEST three years ago, Robin has played a central role in shaping the group’s corporate narrative during a period marked by major investments, capital markets activity, and the expansion of new business verticals.

Drawing on extensive experience in regional and international media and consulting, he has advised European companies and contributed to leading media outlets.

In his new group-level role, Robin will continue to ensure alignment between business strategy, investor communications, corporate messaging, and BOSQAR INVEST’s external positioning across its portfolio.
