Zagreb, Croatia, February 20th, 2025 – BOSQAR INVEST (BOSQAR d.d. – ZSE: BSQR) has joined the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development (HR PSOR), reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.

As a rapidly expanding group, BOSQAR INVEST strategically invests in BPTO, HR, eCommerce, and Food sectors, driving innovation, optimizing business models, and ensuring long-term growth.

Its sustainability efforts have earned international recognition.

Leading in Sustainable Finance

In 2022, BOSQAR INVEST issued Croatia’s first sustainability-linked bond (SLB), raising 40 million euros, through which it has committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and 2) and achieving gender parity in leadership.

A member of the UN Global Compact, BOSQAR INVEST aligns with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), furthering responsible business practices globally.

The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) has recognized it for excellence in corporate governance and transparency.
