Start of the share subscription period

BOSQAR Inc. will soon open the share subscription period within the framework of a secondary public offering of shares, which opens a new phase of further growth and development for the Group. The offering will be conducted in two rounds, which will start simultaneously.

The first round is intended for existing shareholders of BOSQAR and will last from 1 June 2026 (including that day) at 09:00 until 15 June 2026 (including that day) at 10:00. The second round is intended for new investors, employees of the Group and qualified investors, and will last from 1 June 2026 (including that day) at 09:00 until 10 June 2026 (including that day) at 16:00.

The shares will be subscribed for at a price in the range from EUR 25,50 to 26,50 EUR per New Share, and the detailed terms, method of submitting the Subscription Form, payment and allocation of shares are described in the Public Invitation, which you can find here: Public Invitation. Existing shareholders, retail investors in Croatia, employees of the Group in Croatia and Slovenia, and qualified investors in Croatia and Slovenia may participate in the offering, in accordance with the terms set out in the Public Invitation.
