- The award recognizes the record-breaking EUR 150 million secondary public offering (SPO), the largest transaction of its kind by a privately owned company in the history of Croatia’s capital market. Luka Orešković, Chairman of the Investment Committee, accepted the award on behalf of BOSQAR.

Zagreb, October 29, 2026 - BOSQAR d.d., the holding company of BOSQAR INVEST group, has received the Financial Breakthrough and Transaction of the Year Award from CFA Society Croatia. The recognition was awarded for the public offering of shares completed in June 2026, through which BOSQAR raised EUR 150 million to finance its continued growth and the planned acquisition of PIK Vrbovec.
The award was accepted on behalf of BOSQAR by Luka Orešković, Chairman of the Investment Committee, at the CFA Society Croatia Gala Dinner, held on 28 October at the Sheraton Hotel in Zagreb. It was presented by Krešo Vugrinčić, a member of the Board of Directors of CFA Society Croatia.

BOSQAR's secondary public offering represents the largest transaction of its kind by a privately owned company ever conducted on Croatia's capital market. Total investor demand reached nearly EUR 178 million, equivalent to 119% of the offering value, with 93% of the order book filled within the first four days of the subscription period.
The transaction attracted 5,453 retail investors and 26 qualified investors, making it the largest transaction on the Zagreb Stock Exchange by number of participants since the initial public offering of Hrvatski Telekom.
Beyond its record size and strong investor interest, CFA Society Croatia particularly highlighted the transaction's innovative structure. Zagrebačka banka, which acted as an advisor in the process, also undertook an underwriting commitment to ensure the success of the offering, marking the first arrangement of its kind on Croatia's capital market. An extensive distribution network enabled investors to participate through physical and digital channels provided by banks, FINA and leading brokerage firms.
Another notable innovation was the employee share ownership programme, which enabled Group employees in Croatia and Slovenia to acquire additional shares upon meeting specified conditions.
The CFA Society Croatia Award recognizes not only the scale and successful execution of the transaction, but also BOSQAR's contribution to the continued development of Croatia's capital market.
