These Terms of Use describe the terms and conditions for downloading and using photos from the gallery if you make use of them (hereinafter: "You" or "User"). By downloading and using photographs from the gallery on this website, you agree to these Terms of Use (hereinafter: "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before downloading any photographs. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not download photographs from the gallery.
2. Copyright and Ownership
All photographs published in the gallery are the property of BOSQAR d.d. or third parties who have granted usage rights for the photographs. These photos are protected by copyright and other applicable regulations.
3. Terms for Downloading and Using Photographs
Photographs available in the gallery may be downloaded and used solely in accordance with these Terms.
Downloading and using photographs is allowed only in the manner prescribed by these Terms and exclusively for the purposes explicitly defined herein.

Photographs you download may only be used for the following purposes and in the following manner:
• For the purposes of informing the public, promotion, advertising, and marketing related to the business of BOSQAR d.d., provided that they are used in good faith. This includes, but is not limited to, use in newspaper articles, reports, blogs, and social media.
• Each photograph must be accompanied by a clear indication of its source. If the photographer's name is known, the photographer’s name must be cited along with the designation © BOSQAR. If the photographer's name is unknown, the © BOSQAR designation alone is sufficient.
5. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to:Use photographs for purposes not expressly permitted by these Terms, without prior explicit permission from BOSQAR d.d.
Modify, adapt, distribute, sublicense, or sell photographs.
Use photographs in a manner that is offensive, illegal, inappropriate, or in any way harmful to the reputation and business standing of BOSQAR d.d.
Allow third parties to use downloaded photos.
6. User Responsibility
The user who downloads and uses the photos from the gallery is responsible for their proper and responsible use. BOSQAR d.d. assumes no liability for damages or legal consequences arising from unauthorized, improper, or unlawful use of the photographs. The user must ensure that the use of photographs complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms, and accepts responsibility for any consequences resulting from such use.
7. Limitation of Liability
BOSQAR d.d. does not guarantee the continuous availability of photographs nor that they are free from technical errors. In case of technical issues or temporary unavailability of the gallery, BOSQAR d.d. does not take liability for any consequences.
8. Changes to Terms and Permissions
BOSQAR d.d. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Photographs may be removed from the gallery or altered without notification. The user is required to regularly check for updated Terms of Use.
