Offer Rounds, Timeline, and Terms
The first round of the Offer will run from November 5 to December 17, 2026, and all shareholders of the Company are eligible to participate, subject to the terms of the published Offer. If the full planned amount of EUR 6 million is not utilized during the first round, BOSQAR will conduct a second round of the Offer, intended exclusively for shareholders who did not participate in the first round. The second round will be conducted under substantially the same terms, with the possibility of a different final buyback price. If a second round is conducted, BOSQAR will inform the public through its website and the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
